If you’re a smartphone user there’s a quick and easy way to tell Wolverhampton City Council about environmental problems in your area.
Wolverhampton Report It is a free app designed to let you report and track environmental problems such as graffiti to fly-tipping or pot holes to abandoned cars, straight from your smart phone.
Once you’ve downloaded and registered the app to your phone it’s really easy to tell the council about the problem ‘there and then’. Simply
- confirm the location – it’s detected for you automatically
- take a picture of the problem
- add short a description
- pick a category and send
Your report will be delivered straight to the customer services team – no need to spend time on phone calls or trying to explain your location. Progress updates will be delivered straight to your phone so you’ll have a record of your report and its status with you at all times.
You can also keep an eye on your own and other people’s reports on a dedicated website. The pictures received are displayed on http://www.wolverhamptonreportit.com/reports/. Pictures are published anonymously – no personal details are published on the website.
To download, just visit your app store and search for Wolverhampton Report It to download.
